J-Card reprints?

hey folks, like many of you when you buy used, not every copy comes with j-cards.

we have a fairly massive custom artwork thread for plastic cases that you can print and insert right into the amaray cases.

now i'm looking for something similar for steelbooks, not necessarily custom per se, but even if it's a stock scan of the original, so that i can re-reprint them on my printer and 'complete the collection'.

anyone know if either here or somewhere else offers j-card reprints? doesn't need to be shiny or professional just that it would exist.
