Lego TRANSFORMERS

With the sucess of lego star wars and the upcoming indie and batman lego games i wish this were announced. Of corse i'd take from diffrent era's
like batman...i'd use gen-1 for 50% then beast wars-which if you've watched it continues the gen-1 story. Of corse the new bay transformers 2 would be coming out so 25%beast wars and 25% live action era's.

I'd be cool to allow people to play as their fav's gen-1 op,starscream,megatron,devastator etc.

What do you guys think? I know i'd buy it but i'd expect it timed to hit right before trans 2 in 2009!!! We can hope.

Would be nice, but doubt that Hasbro would be willing to license it to The Lego Group. Heck, Lego has to make sure that they have enough pieces in their Star Wars Battle Pack sets just so they are considered SETS and not mini-figure packs, which would violate Hasbro's exclusive mini-figure license set-up with George Lucas and company
