Garde à vue Blu-ray PRE-ORDER

Part of TF1's Heritage series. STREET DATE:October 25.

Quote:
Inspector Gallien is investigating the rape and murder of two little girls. The only suspect is attorney Jerome Martinaud, but the evidence against him is circumstantial. As the city celebrates New Year's Eve, Gallien calls Martinaud to his office and interrogates him for hour after hour while Martinaud continues to maintain his innocence. We learn all about the evidence; we meet Martinaud's wife and learn all about the rift between the two; but will we, and Gallien, finally learn whether Martinaud is guilty?

I have the German edition but I will double dip if there is a significant upgrade in PQ. I bought TF1 Heritage's Panique, and it's a lovely package (not english-friendly, though).

Superb film, just a shame this release won't be English friendly. I really feel that TF1 have missed a trick with their Heritage series, as I would have bought nearly all of them if they included English subtitles like the majority of Gaumont and Pathe discs do. Cohen seem to be the only label that is dipping into TF1 films regularly, so fingers crossed they do a US blu-ray.

Very excited by these releases: I'll buy them subbed or not. Still holding out hope for a Blu of Miller's LE SOURIRE (The Smile). No English-subbed versions of this film on DVD anywhere, although Australian SBS network screened it subbed. Amazing film.

A couple more releases of this masterful suspenser. Neither seem to have English subtitles, sadly.
