At some point, it will enter the public domain. So if Disney won't release it, someone else will.

It may be a problematic film, but it's also a part of film history and contains a lot of really good Disney animation.

Let people decide whether or not they want to show it to their kids.

I keep hoping for Watcher in the Woods (1980) and Something Wicked This Way Comes (1983).

That's fine if you feel that way, personally I'm not too concerned about it but Disney's very clear it won't be re-releasing it in any way so Blu-ray is the least of its concern. So I am not going to include something that has been confirmed of having zero chance of happening.

The creator of this thread.

Bluray.com may not agree, but we don't have to come in this thread anymore.

Strong disagree with this point. I appreciate you putting the list together in general~but if it isn't a complete list, what's the point? Especially where you titled it using the word "All"

I don't believe Shipwrecked (1990) was released theatrically in North America, but it debuted on the Disney channel with Michael Eisner giving the into. I loved it as a kid and had it recorded onto VHS. It was quite an epic adventure long before the days of Captain Jack Sparrow started making waves. It was released on DVD and is currently on Disney+.

This forgotten film definitely deserves a Blu-ray release....even if it's a DMC exclusive!

According to BOM, it was released theatrically on March 1, 1991, was playing in neatly 1,400 theaters at its widest release, and grossed $15.1 million.

Hollywood Pictures was just another label for Disney, like Touchstone. Not sure the extent to which AZ might hold home video/streaming rights (not sure they ever did, either - the DVD was released by Disney)

Just quoting the man who led Disney for the past decade plus to this insane position. If the guy literally running the company said that, it's clearly not happening.

I've made it say that if Disney has ruled it out it will not be listed.
