What is the best audio format on Blu Ray?

(is it PCM, Dolby TRUEHD or something else?)

I'm partial to 24-bit 192 kHz uncompressed PCM.

I'm partial to PCM but one of my favorites to listen too is NIN Beside You In Time, and thats in Dolby Digital TrueHD. Even if your not a fan, you must see and hear this

I'd say the lowest common denominator is DD.

I really hope uncompressed 24 bit 192 Khz PCM tracks becomes more of a de facto standard for Blu-ray releases. I think it offers the highest sound quality and probably offers the widest compatibility for player/receiver combos.

Why is it that DTS formats always seem to be the most problematic for each generation of surround sound? Many early DVD players did not offer DTS 5.1pass through, and now the PS3 and maybe a couple other Blu-ray players do not currently have DTS-HD Master decoders. What's the deal?
