What is your success rate for receiving undamaged steelbooks per retailer.

My estimated results of steelbooks arriving undamaged:

Target: 0/3
The latest delivery - Transformers Rise of the Beast 4k, dented on the front (visible through packaging) - sent in white padded envelope (USPS)

Walmart: 0/1
Latest delivery: Red Dawn 4K steelbook arrived with major dent behind j-card and spine was coming off - sent in brown paper envelope (Fedex)

Best Buy: ~75-80% success rate
I got tired of making returns at Best Buy so I only do ISPU now. My distribution center for the most part ships in an oversized box with no padding.

Amazon: ~50% success rate
Latest delivery: Loki Season 1 4k steelbook arrived with dent on front - sent in white padded envelope (USPS)
