Critically Acclaimed Movie You Thought deserves its praise

What movies have you seen recently that have a huge reputation for being the best ever movies and after seeing the movie you completely agreed.

TDK
I went into the movie arms crossed because my favourite superhero movie at the time was Spider-Man 2 and people were hailing TDK as the best comic book ever. After the movie I was like, yep, that is the best comic book movie I have ever seen.

Lawerence of Arabia
Bridge on the River Kwai
I avoided these movies for years given the runtime and was utterly blown away by both movies

Schindler's List
This is hailed as Spielberg's best ever movie which for me was Raiders of the Lost Ark with Jaw and Poltergeist (yes, he isn't credited but it's Spielberg's movie) close behind and after seeing the movie I was like, yep, that's Spielberg's best.
