Default Starsky & Hutch: The Original TV Series 1975-1979

I wonder if we will ever see this great TV show released on Blu Ray? So many shows of that era have now been/or soon will be released on HD, so for the life of me I cannot understand why this hasn't been greenlit for a HD release as yet.

The show was phenomenally successful and highly influential, not to mention just a sheer pleasure to watch. David Soul and Paul Michael Glaser's chemistry was so amazing and really was at the heart of the show.

Just puzzles me why no word of any release at all, especially as it's the same production team/studio as it's female nemesis (Charlie's Angels) which of course was on at the same time (as in era).

Great show, and was shot on 35mm, so would look wonderful in HD.

Thoughts anyone?
