Oh my god YES!!! One of my favorite movies ever; so glad I didn't buy the 4K iTunes version. Hopefully it's not too much of a pain to procure this in the US...

It did mention 4K Ultra HD at the end of the restoration trailer, and though I guess that could have inferred digital, I still had a feeling it would come out on physical UHD, so glad I waited, and didn't buy the UK blu-ray.

I think there's some sort of chicanery going on. It was 214€ on FNAC last night, and now you can't get it. I assume it'll be back later, at a much more sane price point.

The label got late in preparing their latest releases because of Covid. It is now expected to be out early December 2020.

Just placed a preorder. $55 shipped (with Global Priority) to the US is pretty steep but I love this movie so I’m not taking any chances.

Update : there's actually no exact release date currently but it should be updated soon by the label. The release is in its latest stage anyway and is definitely coming, but the pandemic isn't helping smoothing things out.

Yes, that was confirmed by Geoff. He moved them away with the Oppo though IIRC. The French really must be the only ones still doing this crap.

I don't own this yet and will still give it a try I guess - in the long run PC will do the job here anyway, but I don't like it either...
