hello everyone!
i tried my best looking for this topic, but with no luck: has anyone recently dealt with Plain Archive's customer service? i recently ordered a bunch of movies and i got a wrong one. i immediately emailed their designated customer service email on monday, and as of this writing (thursday) they have yet to reply. i read in their returns policy that i have up to 15 days to return and that i cannot make a returns without them first contacting me. has anyone had issues with returns and whats the turnaround time for them getting back to you?? apologies for the long read, and thanks in advance for the help ![]() |

They're usually very co-operative and try their best to help out and sort any issues out. Their communication recently has taken longer than usual because of being understaffed but they will eventually reply. I would send them a DM on Instagram too and see if that helps/ I do believe they will sort your issue out even if the stipulated timeframe is over, but don't take my word for it.
