After reading yesterday's announcement that Twilight Time had pulled the commentary from Interiors from request by the studio, I wondered how many other directors there are that refuse to "talk over their movie".
Quite famously, Woody Allen and Steven Spielberg will not only refuse to do commentaries, but won't allow anyone to do commentaries. On the other hand, Terry Gilliam has made a commentary for every movie he's ever done, I think (except for the last one) |
