[BDInfo] Possible to run on discs without ripping first?

AnyDVD HD (possibly with the assistance of my MakeMKV license) is doing exactly this!
I am not ripping any data to the hard drive (I process tracked it) and I have matched my results to about 10 different discs without fail!

I already have working paid MakeMKV rips to folder structure which BDInfo works correctly on...However I'd like to go through my entire collection and fill in the bitrates for you guys.

I don't want to fill 60gb of data over and over onto any of my hard drives.

Alternatively anyone know software that does this?

I wrote to MakeMKV software writer to see if he will ever re-virtualize the disc's folder structure and decrypt titles on the fly as they are requested from that virtual disc drive. But he rarely updates his code and it's a huge ask.
