I have the 1st steelbook with the original classic cover. This 4k steelbook cover is ok I guess.

It’s a cool cover, but it doesn’t remind me of The Lost Boys. The original poster art is too iconic.

The front is not awful, even though it makes zero sense. And I would've put the boardwalk as the backdrop rather than some trees. If the idea is that Michael is in the forest watching the scene where they are hanging from the train tracks, logic is already out the window since he's one of the people he's watching hanging from the train tracks.

And the back.... that's the best they could come up with? I guess they are totally against anything not minimalistic on the back of these Lost Boys steels.

Me too and its still sealed. Not planning to get rid of it tho. I might just but the standard 4k and put it in the steelbook I have cus I like that one better, although this 4k steelbook does look nice.
