The ‘Bridgerton’ and ‘Top Gun: Maverick’ alums will both exec produce the untitled series, with ‘The Eternals’ duo Kaz and Ryan Firpo set to write.

It’s an alternate reality but it won’t stop some folks from getting upset about the race swapping of one of these historical figures.

I don't care about the "race swapping" I just want it to be good. I'm not really into alternate history timelines, which is a bit of a bummer, cause I really want another good Western TV show.

Will reserve judgement until there is a trailer.
