Sadly, most Robin hood films and TV shows aren't very good the last BBC adaptation was woeful same as the last film with topman outfits. Sir Ridley's film was also sadly terrible.
While I can appreciate taking the property in a new direction it seems to be a struggle to make a competent adaption I'm going to assume this won't do well and the blame placed on those who don't watch as having a bias. If you want decent Robin Hood adventures which both incorporate new themes & elements best stick with Robin of Sherwood or Maid Marian and her Merry Men. |
