Its listed on play.com too, a quick google search for 'hyper drive edition' confirms it is in fact JC's and Dan O' Bannon's student Sci Fi cult comedy.

I'm pretty sure Fabulous are part of Fremantle. HMV is showing a number of other Blus coming from them in the next few weeks:

The end of the month 28.2.11. It's 9.99 with Amazon.co.uk. No coverart yet though.

I think Fabulous Films is partly owned by Arrow Films although Freemantle have some distribution agreements it seems.

Whatever, this has certainly disappeared from Blu-ray schedules.

Unfortunately that's not true, it's even worse. While the video transfer remains rock bottom, the new one has also been stripped of the original soundtrack, subtitles and all special features. Avoid at all costs.

I'm guessing it's exactly the same as the US Hyperdrive Edition which got good reviews. Unknown about the transfer, if it's in native PAL or an NTSC to PAL transfer

19th of September is the official release date. I have watched the film (on Blu-ray) and a representative from Fabulous Films told us that it was out on that date. There is also some HORRIBLE background noise throughout the entire film.
