This one was definitely outside the box. Very quirky and creative. It's absolutely rife with palpable unease and uncertainty as it slowly unfolds in a deliciously awkward fashion. I also really enjoyed it. The storytelling was fairly effective for how lean and economical the script was. Character development is fast but also effective, and the acting is solid across the board. I felt like the runtime cruised by pretty fast. It definitely has rewatch value, for me. I am thrilled that overseas they're making the kinds of creative, atmospheric modern horror films that I want to watch, since we don't seem to be able to do it on this side of the pond so well anymore.
