Ever heard of DealTree.com? - Blu-ray Forum

A guy on a website i go to said that there is an auction website called dealtree.com, and he let me kno that there is a best buy section that is sign up only, and that a credit card is needed. has anyone ever heard of this or am i getting frauded? the website is bestbuy.dtdeals.com, its a private store/auction site.

Don't you Do it! All I've gotten is Bad News about that Site.

That's not too say good news doesn't exist, but from the experiences of people I know, it's bad news.

It maybe isolated incidents that just happen to be around me, but I'd rather be safe than sorry

Yeah, I'd be pretty careful with that site. One of my coworkers got some small things which went smooth, but then won 2 bigger auctions from different sellers and she ended up having to file a charge back on her credit card...
