Following this I'm sure WellGo will cook up anywhere between 8 and 80 new editions.

[Show spoiler]And I'll buy them all.

Yeah, word is their NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD is shit compared to the U.S. Criterion, so I’ll keep patiently a’waitin’. This is probably a good sign a U.S. release will be sooner than later, though.

NOTLD was released by Arthaus/Studiocanal. Plaion is only distributing SC titles

I didn't buy that movie. I don't care about your point. I simply pointed out your error. Chill.

If I was anymore chill, a penguin would be standing on me. But if a difference makes no difference, it’s not a difference.

still doesnt't change the fact that NOTLD was not released by Plaion. it was released by SC in FR and DE. Phantasm will not be released by SC. your assumption that Plaion is gonna botch this release is unfounded

If Kyle15 mentioned one they directly botched and I mentioned one they distributed that was botched, seems like they might be general all-around botchers.

I have three or four dozen German BDs and 4Ks in my collection. About 5 of those have decent PQ. Not a very good track record.

Have no idea why they often use like half the space of a BD-25 for a movie. Not to mention all the movies they hard-print German text in.

Off to watch German Chungking Express.
