ABOUT THE FILM : Adaptation of a comic strip created by John Willie in 1947, Gwendoline is a fantasy adventure film sprinkled with eroticism, in the spirit of the serials of yesteryear. Boasting both magnificent natural backdrops and stunning studio sets, designed by architect and designer François Schuiten (Les Cités obscures), Gwendoline was directed by one of the great masters of French erotic cinema: Just Jaeckin (Emmanuelle, History of O). In the skin of the heroine, Tawny Kitaen (Ouija) is here accompanied by Zabou Breitman (Billy Ze Kick), Brent Huff (American Ninja) and Bernadette Lafont(The Pirate's Bride, The Mother and the *****), unforgettable in her role as evil queen.

This is not the same master as the one used for the American Bluray but a new 4 K restoration, adoubée by �������������� and Just Sarky, and made in January from the negative storage at the SPARK lab. The film will be proposed with its original 2.0 track.
