It's definitely legit. I had ordered the Taiwanese DVD which comes in a big box set and the DVD quality had excellent anamorphic video, great audio, and good English subtitles. So I'm assuming the blu-ray is pretty good too if the DVD was good.

Got the HK blu-ray! Excellent picture and audio quality. Good English subtitles. 1080p24 unlike the Polish blu-ray which is 1080i50 and suffers from PAL speedup and does not have original French audio.

Oh, the movie is great! Very funny. My wife and daughter can't stop laughing watching it, I guess partly because they are big fans of the book. It seems Little Nicholas stories are not that popular or known the US. The movie wasn't even distributed at all here it seems.

Highly recommended. Might be a movie for teenagers to introduce them to reading subtitles.

Oh, I love the movie! Really funny. As avid readers of the novel, my wife and daughter can't quit giggling while they watch it. The Little Nicholas stories don't seem to be very well recognized or popular in the US. It seems that the movie received no distribution at all in this country.

Highly suggested. Teenagers might watch this movie to learn how to read subtitles.
