Question about Peripherals City online retailer

Does anyone here have familiarity with an online retailer called Peripherals City (peripheralscity.com)?

I placed an order for 4 Blu-rays on Jan 12. Their website claims orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days. I never received an e-mail confirmation when the order went through, but fortunately I took a screen shot of the order confirmation box that popped up when the order was placed, which has a couple of identifying numbers. Their "Contact Us" form on their site only gives an error message and a "Please try again later". I tried sending a message to them shortly after the order was placed (since I hadn't gotten an e-mail confirmation), and again earlier today.

My order was paid through Paypal, and fortunately they had an e-mail address connected with my order. I have written to this address, and hopefully will hear back soon. But I was just curious if anyone here has ordered from them, and if they had a positive or negative experience. I haven't perused their site since I placed my order, but some of their prices on certain discs with higher MSRP's seemed almost too good to be true. Can't help but wonder if their site is legit or not.
