Where can I get a Wii? - Blu-ray Forum

I know this is the wrong section, but it's the only one that has gaming in the title. I need a wii before March 9th. I have to purchase it with a Best Buy credit card and I live in North Lauderdale, FL. If anyone is around my area...could you keep a look out or anyone have a connection inside Best Buy? Maybe someone could buy a wii at a Best Buy and then hook up with me and you could return...but I'd purchase it right then and there. I don't know, but I wanna get it for Super Smash Bros Brawl!!! Thanx for all the help!

I can get it for you, since I've sold 4 wiis from last year! I sold 2 on local and 2 on eBay!

Check inside your underwear, there should be one attached to your body.

Besides, if you were talking about Nintendo Wii, it's still hard to find. A lot of stores here get them every once in a while but they always sell out on the first day.

rule of thumb, If its in Saturdays paper for Sundays ad, they will have at least one that day. I would plan to stand in line

Gamestops usually take delivery of new units every Friday, the amount per week though differs. So save your local gamestop's number (gamestop.com store locator) and call them up every friday, thats how I got mine last July.

I think he has to get it at BB because of his credit card there, thats what I picked up

Nowhere with out waiting inline hours before the stores open which I'm not willing to do.

I tried to get one for my wife for X-mas and that didn't happen now it doesn't look like she's getting one for valentines day either. No one is willing to part with one without asking for more money. I'd be willing to pay up to 50 dollars more but not 100+

I had one that I had bought from Costco. It starting having problems I returned it for in-store credit. I then would go to every Costco I was even near to look for one. Every time I would ask they would laugh. I finally found one in a town a little more then 2 hours from my house. I walked in and it was the only one, sitting on the ground between a huge stack of PS3s and 360s. Even when I brought it to the counter and a manager had to check it cause of its high sale price he couldn't believe they had one.

I know this doesnt help you situation but the people I know who got theirs from BB had to wait in line early on a Sunday. Good Luck in you quest. Im looking forward to smash bros!!!!!!!!

I get this call every day. EVERY DAY

I had a Wii for a few months but stopped playing it really quickly. The constant need for batteries and the lack of the type of games I play made it too boring for me. Also, I loathed not being able to either plug in the classic controller via USB, or at least disable the moving aspect in like Zelda.
