Custom categories in collection

I like to just use the "Owned" section for the most part so I don't have to subdivide by genre etc. I feel like it's fun to browse someone's collection like that.

I am looking to add a custom category in my DVD collection for anime since I have a large anime DVD collection. I created a category for Anime and added it my first DVD. It puts anime at the top, but I would prefer to have "Owned" be first. Is there a way to reverse them in my categories, or is it alphabetical always? I could just make it "z- Anime" if needed, but would prefer not to if possible.

Thank you in advance. I have been on this forum for a while, but just got around to adding some of my DVDs and realized the need for the category.
