Great news. This year started slow for me but I'm now steadily ticking off my wish-list titles.

I don't know whether to be elated that one of my favorite movies of all time is finally coming to Blu or infuriated that the ridiculously overpriced Twilight Time got their hands on it. This would be my first TT Blu as well. How are they when it comes to restorations, extras, etc.? Based on their track record and history (of which I am unfamiliar), are we looking at a glorified upconvert with old extras pulled from the DVD, or will they actually remaster this and include new bonus content?
[Show spoiler]Any chance of a cheaper region-free version hitting the foreign market?

They'll probably sale 2 or 3 thousand copies and then quit selling them.

I prefer to not give my money to these shitty labels.

It depends on what 20th century fox gives them.

These "shitty" labels is what's giving us a load of movies that would not see the light of day otherwise.

I won't get into the "shitty labels" debate, but with the popularity of Grace and Frankie on Netflix, I find it hard to believe that another label wouldn't have eventually put out 9 to 5.

Still, as much as Twilight Time irritates me, I'm glad we're getting this.

They will just use whatever scan they are given, and rehash old extra features.

Oh, and charge you 30 dollars

Well, about that, they stated over at HTF that it's a brand new 4K transfer.
