The Adventures of Huck Finn is still on sale digitally and so I'm wondering if there will be a DMC release soon.

I'm only getting The big green & Man of the house. So far I've seen big green & the picture quality looks really good surprisingly. Nice colors, grain & detail, major upgrade over the old non-anamorphic dvd. I'm not sure but it looks like a 3.5, 4, 4.5 or a perfect 5 out of 5. Maybe we'll get Blank check 1994 soon too

I forgot how violent this was for a kids movie. I rewatched it last night. Brad Renfro should still be alive.

I watched this on Friday with soda and gum. I saw it a long time ago in a dinner theater and vaguely remember it. I never read Tom Sawyer, I did read Huck Finn. In the movie they witness a murder and spend the rest of the movie debating whether to say anything or let the scapegoat hang. There's a cool courtroom scene which is probably the most interesting part of the movie. It's a decent enough 90s Disney movie but as an adult I didn't find it very interesting and didn't bring back much nostalgia either. It was pretty interesting though seeing JTT and RLC so young again. I haven't seen him in anything in a long time but Cook still does TV movies like Hallmark stuff so I've seen her pretty regularly the last 10 years. I didn't know, or remember that Renfro died. That's pretty sad. I probably heard about it at the time. The blu-ray, which is thankfully region free, looks pretty good. It is very bare bones though, no specials at all. But if you are nostalgic for this and want to scoop it up before the extra stock is sold it's a pretty good presentation. I wouldn't blind buy though, or maybe stream if you just want to see the movie.
