I enjoy them all, but if I were to pick a favorite, I'd go with Frankenstein.

The Creature From the Black Lagoon has always been my favorite.

I like Dracula, The Mummy, Frankenstein and The Wolf Man, too, but wasn't that big on The Invisible Man or The Bride of Frankenstein, both of which I felt went to much into comedy territory than horror.
