Default Sony OLED model 80J maybe question

Question? I have a 65 inch Sony A8H OLED with Google Chromecast built-in. I despise it. The OS is slow, laggy, and the tv hangs when switching apps. Love the TV while watching. Or should I just use an Apple TV device instead of the built-in Chromecast? Any other ideas would be helpful.

Apple TV is very solid.

But I'd also recommend setting your TV to apps only mode. Disables ads and a bunch of other options. Makes everything quite a bit smoother.
