I thought Electra stood out more. I liked that she was a surprise villain, I suppose like 006 in Goldeneye.
Renard’s inability to feel pain had little to no payoff IMO. |

Elektra. She is the mastermind of the entire plot, Renard is just a glorified henchmen.

Elektra, baby! I dunno if it was intentional on his part but I feel like Nolan was channeling the same dynamic when he did The Dark Knight Rises.

Good one!
![]() Denise Richards desperately needs to retire! She has absolutely nothing to offer! She is talking about retiring in 2029 after 40 years in the business and starting a farm. If so, good bye and good riddance! Heather and Ava Locklear would fully support me on this. Quite frankly, so would most people. ![]() Last edited by BluRayTim; 04-03-2023 at 12:11 PM. |

The main villain is whoever watched dailies and then released this film!
Denise Richards embarrassing. Renard looking like Dr. Evil and on the same year that “ The Spy Who Shagged Me” came out! Lame action scenes, pacing, plot. Even SPECTRE rates above this, the worst Bond film of the series… |

call me crazy but gritty bond is a bad idea.
they tried to justify it by saying the bourne movies were serious so they had to be serious as well. but that’s a cop out snd stupid. the spy who loved me and moonraker both came out after three days of the condor. sure, die another day is one of the absolute worth movies. but i’ll take that silliness of the brooding, pretentious, taking it deathly serious nonsense of all the craig movies. i saw living daylights and license to kill in theatres. even goldeneye and tomorrow dies have the right amount of action and fun. the fun is completely gone in the craig movies. and the action isn’t as good. |
