With the UK release in limbo I'm unsure whether to get the US or Canadian Blus (expensive), wait for the French 4K (not until October) or wait for this (not until December).

I Kinda like the title "Cash Truck" it's straight to the point. "Wrath of Man" just seems a bit generic and boring now

Cash Truck was a working title for this one.

Though there are no guarantees, this looks likely to be a safer bet for importing to the U.S. or UK than the French one from an English subs being present standpoint. I’ll keep my eye on this one. CASH TRUCK, though? Gah. WRATH OF MAN may be pretentious as hell, but at least there’s some art to it.

Canal's site currently claims this will have German and English: DTS-HD MA 5.1 audio tracks:

No extras are listed, either, so hopefully, the specs will change and the Atmos track will be included. The unfortunate thing is that this dovetails with preliminary info from the Australian Blu-ray, which is out next week and also being handled by Canal, although somewhat strangely, there is no 4K UHD release there:

I wonder if the Blu-rays will be the same.

I really enjoyed this one so I’ll have to import. Wrath of Man is a way better title but I get why it’s called Cash Truck. This movie is a remake of a French film known internationally by that title. Unfortunately, there doesn’t seem to be an English-friendly release of the original.

That French disc apparently has English subtitles.

Having watched the blu-ray I'm in doubt now whether to get this release as well. I don't see that much improvement with the muted colors and black crush (elevated brightness). Actually it reminded me of the Accountant and I suspect at best the upgrade will be on a similar level. Unless they go ze German style and pump up the volume to the max as was done with Gretel & Hansel and others..

Do we know who has the rights to this in the UK? It seems nearly every country has it's own distributor for this one.

Wouldn't surprise me if it ends up on Amazon Prime so they can stream it in their glorious 480p quality.
