Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance 3D Blu-ray

I could have sworn we already had a thread for this movie, but I looked through the first few pages of thread listings and couldn't find it, also tried the search engine and didn't turn anything up. If there is already a thread and I missed it then I will admit myself to the "Dungeon of Inappropriate Thread Starters" for my 40 lashes

I just noticed that Amazon has this listed now, no release date as of yet

Price is 31.99 for just the 3DBD disk and an "ultraviolet copy" which seems a bit high, but perhaps it will drop before release day as seems to happen with most of the 3D offerings on Amazon.

I saw this at the theater and wasn't real impressed with it, but I'll probably pick it up as my 9-year-old son totally love it.

I wonder if I could get $20+ for the 3d disc on ebay like I did w/pirates 4 and transformers 3.

Got my fingers crossed for the price to drop. $32 bucks is a bit high, probably worth around $19 bucks... after all, I heard it sucked on the big screen. That's a good reason to sell it at a lower price. Wait and see... thanks for the headsup.

I know I'm in the minority here, but I really loved this. I went in with the lowest expectations ever and was pleasently surprised. The movie is very unique and not quite like any other comic book movie with its style and direction. Sure, the movie was bad when speaking on technical terms, hell the plot was terrible when you really think about it but I loved it for the fact that it was so wild and out of the ordinary. Plus the villian's power looked cool whenever he used it on someone. The movie was bold and wasn't afraid to try something new and completely different than your run-of-the-mill. The only thing that have made it better was a R rating. I'm definitely buying this day 1.

Does anyone know what the bonus disc is on that Best Buy
exclusive release?

The bonus disc comes in a paper sleeve packaged on the inside of the plasic and it's "Vehicles of Vengeance"

$24.99 - same price as the regular 3D release, but just a limited exclusive

BBY is kind of weird because a few weeks before the movies get released you can pre-order movies and what not, but once the Sunday of release week comes they sometimes do not let you pre-order anymore and then come the release day on Tuesday you can order the new releases you want and then choose store pick-up. Don't worry GRSoV will be available come Tuesday online and in stores

cool didn't know if they would put it for in store-pick up since it only says coming soon,and usually they let me pre order it online all the time.

I hate it when people come in to a 3D thread and start bashing a title, but I'm going to do exactly (somewhat) that.

You guys are seriously considering buying this? Did anyone see it and can attest that the 3D is great? That would be the ONLY possible chance I would ever buy this. I have not read even 1 good review of this movie. I used to buy everything 3D but am now starting to be a lot more picky. This title looks really, really bad.
I actually just bought Journey 2: Mysterious Island and this was 100% a lil kiddy movie. The 3D was/is awesome which saved the day, because I would not have bought it if the 3D wasn't that great. Someone tell me the 3D in GRSoV is incredible because you saw it.

If the 3D option is available, then I am going to watch it that way. Even if the 3D isn't incredible, the reviewer said there was noticeable separation so I'm sold. I don't care to save a couple bucks by getting 2D only.
