Disney has it and it's locked in their vault. They don't license out. The best option is digital. There is an HD transfer of the film and it looks decent better than the awful DVD which was made for tube TV's. It's an Eddie Murphy movie so I am sure if Disney would license it out some boutique label would be all over it. Mill Creek, Kino Lorber for sure. Wincott can play a villian along with Murphy one of the films highlights with the best being the chase in downtown San Francisco.
