House IV - Blu-ray Forum

I recently watched House & House II on blu ray from Arrow. It appears House III is The Horror Show from Scream Factory. What is the best way to own House IV? I can only find VHS copies and a Region B Arrow Blu Ray. I do not have a region B player. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Even though the back of the case says Region B, I'm pretty sure Arrow's single release of IV is also region free.
