Default The Hisense appreciation Thread
Hisense are not a household name for LCD/LED displays, but they offer high quality units for very affordable prices. They have a 3 year in-house replacement warranty, there customer service by phone and e-mail is informative and fast, and touch wood there TVs last over the long haul.

No I don't work for Hisense, I just thought they deserved a appreciation thread for their very good overall service.

For instance, the power button on my remote control was acting up and they sent me a brand new controller free of charge the very next day in the mail! I've never received anything that fast before.

Feel free to express your transaction and experience with Hisense LCD/LED models.
