glad to see a streaming movie get a physical release. there are a few streaming exclusive movies/shows i'd like to have a physical copy of.

Paramount retained home video rights to this, so it was never going to stay just streaming. The agreement was for Amazon to have it as a 1-year timed exclusive. Same thing happened with Cloverfield Paradox with Netflix/Paramount.

I really hope this indicates we will get Tomorrow War, Without Remorse and Infinite (yes I know Canada got it) as well.
Those are the ones I really want.

This really should be released in 4K (to match the original). They should make one release: a 4K/Blu-ray combo only. Everyone buys it and then can watch either disc.

Infinite will probably be released, it is even on pre-order in some countries already, such as here in Brazil. And I know they're planning to release "No Remorse"

This movie is decent. If I can get it cheap, or maybe a 2-pack with the original, I'll buy it.

Honestly, didn't love it, didn't hate it. A little too much fan service that just felt forced. I guess, I'd call it a bit of a disappointment after so many years of fans asking for it and so many rumors of it happening. The movie probably would've been cool if it had came out sometime in the 90s. I'd say it suffered from just coming too late. The potential excitement of a sequel passed me by in the early 2000s.

I didn’t really like it. But I’m glad this is getting a physical release and hope it sells well just from the point of view that other streaming films might get released.

Hopefully it will and other sites like Netflix might release some stuff. I’d really like to see Extraction with Chris Hemsworth or Underground 6. Really enjoyed those two and I’d like to own them even if they were just blu-Ray releases.

I guess I’m in the minority here in that I actually enjoyed this one. Of course no where near as good as the first one, but still enjoyable. I will probably buy it.
