Default Mortal Kombat 4K (1995)

It is time. WB should release one of the greatest films of all time on UHD.

I wouldn't say no. But I would want them to release both movies. Yes, Annihilation was terrible to many, but I want it still.

I’d buy both. Toss in both Legacy collections too

I was actually thinking about wanting this on UHD the other day.

Though the lack of violence and gore is a letdown, and it does have a few cheesy moments, I still consider this to be one of the best videogame adaptions ever.

Mortal Kombaaaaat!!

I wouldn't mind a 4K edition of this movie if done right that is. MK Annihilation on the other hand, please no to that trainwreck.

I don't care about the sequel either. But 1995 is a classic.

Have no need for Annihilation either.

One of the worst/most disappointing sequels ever. What the hell happened here?! Such a waste...

Annihilation even managed to recast/kill my favorite couple from the first film - Bridgette Wilson and Johnny Cage. For better, though. They didn't have to embarrass themselves much.

Poor James Remar too.

The absence of decent action scenes/fight choreography and the really bad CGI at the end killed this movie for me. The CGI in the first one wasn't good either, but at least it didn't look as bad as in Annihilation.

Anyway I feel like watching the first one all of a sudden. They also need to fix the audio should they ever do an UHD. It is severly lacking any punch IMO.

Don't forget awful dialogue and story...

I want to watch it, but I'll wait for INEVITABLE MK UHD. (You will do it, WB, you must)

Sonya was so cute:

This should be release as 4K with soundtrack with it since it is hard to find now or soundtrack track on Blu-Ray.

The CGI was rendered in standard definition.

The sound was really quiet on the BD, I'd upgrade for a better audio job alone!

Don't expect it to look any better in 4K.

Quite freakin' obvious what I meant.

FX shots are like 5% at best of movie's overall length.

Did you just really change the opening post into saying MK is "one of the greatest films of all time"? Lol, I mean I love it too, but...

Thinking of it though (and seeing some of the pictures in that article), I figure HDR/WGC would look pretty amazing with a remaster on UHD. I also reckon it would/should sound much better than the old Blu-ray...

So yeah, make this happen, WB!
