Remember how common it used to be for an actor or actress to play the parent of someone only about 10 years younger than them? What are some of the most ridiculous examples ya can think of of that? I know some might point to Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, where Connery and Ford were only 12 years apart, but, to me anyway, Ford looked young enough, and Connery looked old enough, that it didn't bother me. But, speaking of Connery, anyone remember the movie Family Business, where he played Dustin Hoffman's father?! They were literally both in their 50s when they made that movie!
