Unhappy Doctor Who releases no longer showing in complete collection listing.

Hopefully this is the right place to bring this up.

The Doctor Who listings got reworked a bit a while ago. I've not really any significant issues or complaints about how the titles are split up, but they no longer correctly display in my complete collection view.

I have literally over 100 items that should be listed under various different Doctor Who series but don't show up in my complete collection view now. Yet they show up when I sort my collection by Blu-ray and DVD when it's just showing individual SKUS. It's only when I click complete collection where they're sorted by their Master Movie ID, literally over 100 items in my collection are outright not displaying in that view.

Just for my collection alone there's 56 BDs and 109 DVDs not showing, doing a quick count of the individual SKUs that do show up for me sorting by BD/DVD but don't under complete.

The affected Master listings seem to be:
https://www.blu-ray.com/Doctor-Who/21738/
https://www.blu-ray.com/Doctor-Who/58094/
https://www.blu-ray.com/Doctor-Who-The-Movie/133903/

Each of those 3 only shows a single item when I view my complete collection and each should have multiple. The missing items still show under the releases tags of those master listings though so they're still tagged correctly in the system as far as I can tell.

There's also this one that's just missing a single item for me but is otherwise correct:
https://www.blu-ray.com/Doctor-Who-T...Doctor/737630/

Not sure what the issue is, though it's even affecting newer items that have come out since the problem started. As an example this was released this week https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/Docto...lu-ray/349237/ I definitely have it in my collection and I see it listed as something I own and it's listed under the page for Doctor Who (1963-1989), but it doesn't display under Doctor Who (1963-1989) when I sort by complete collection.

I hope that was all clear, sorry if I'm not using the correct terminologies in places.

Thank you for reporting. I fixed some bug last week with the complete collection, but it sounds like I might have introduced some other bug
I'm currently travelling and don't have the proper tools, I will fix it by latest next week. Sorry about the hassle

No worries. Thanks for getting back to me and for looking into it when you do.

To add a bit to this, I've since noticed, as you might know, it's affecting more than just Doctor Who.

I've gone through my collection and compared what doesn't show up in complete collection. Consistently the stuff that is missing is one of two things:

The first situation, like the Doctor Who stuff, it's a series either split across multiple releases or I have duplicates. Examples:
"City Hunter (TV Series) 1989 - 1990" - Was released across 4 sets. I have all 4 but only the first is showing in complete.
"Babylon 5 (TV Series) 1994 - 1998" - I have the full series on DVD and on BD but only the DVD set is showing.

The second situation is it's a single release that should list under multiple series/films but only shows up under some. Examples:
"Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker 2000" - This shows up in my list but there's just empty space next to it and the set that should be there is only showing up under the Batman Beyond TV bit.
"The Chronicles of Riddick: Dark Fury 2004" - Again as the above it's showing but just blank space where the set should be. The Chronicles of Riddick set does correctly show up in the 2 other places it should on the list though.

I've got a full list of what's not right on my own list if you need more details, but I imagine you won't need that much. Hope that helps track down the issues. Oddly it's only affecting some things and not others. I've plenty of duplicates or TV shows released in multiple sets that don't have this issue.

Should be fixed I think?

Yep, just noticed the fix by coincidence there before reading this post and hopped over here to say thanks. Seems to be all good now!
