Slipcovers on Nordic releases are rare in my experience. Lately only Avatar as you mentioned and I believe Titanic has one too. I don't know any others and I don't have any myself.

Oppenheimer had one at least in Finland. For example latest Indiana Jones did not. They are rare nowadays, for sure. Rarer than SteelBooks.
Forthcoming Camerons all seem to have slipcover if one can trust CDon product pictures.

I bought the Nordic 4K of Titanic on release day, and it surprisingly came with a slipcover.

Very few of Nordic 4K come with slipovers nowadays.

In the beginning of the 4K era, say 2016-2018, Universal had slipcovers on most of their 4K 's. I have Lucy, Snow White and the Huntsman, Dracula Untold and The Mummy (Brendan Frasier) with slips.

Nordic 4K releases with slip I own and can think of right now: "Avatar 2", "Honor among Thieves" and "Titanic". All bought day 1 obviously. I know that Avatar has one as well, but I don't own it. I'm sure there are more, but they are very rare and these are all I can think of right now.

Ah, when searching for my Scandi releases, I found (and did remember) 3 more: "Apollo 13", "Despicable Me" and "Minions". As stated already, there was a time when Nordic Universal releases came with slip indeed - and I actually grabbed all of those 3 for this very reason back then.

I choosed to preorder the Nordic releases of the James Cameron titles from Ginza.se, saved me money to order Leviathan 4K and It Came From Outer Space US 4K from wowhd.uk.
I have actual proof that a slip save a DVD or Blu-ray from being damaged by sunlight
