Thank God. It was getting ridiculous.

This is great news. Now the writers can start earning a living again and we can enjoy new episodes of The Office. Win/win.

Sweeet now that the writers strike is over "BACK TO WORK" . On a more serious note I happy that this is at an end. The writers deserve to be compensated alot more for there work.

It ain't over yet. Looking damn good, but not there yet.

I agree with Nikki Finke. Eisner hasn't mattered in a few years. I think he just likes to sound like he still matters.

The language has to be drafted, and the deal has to be presented to the membership. If that goes well, then the leadership may go ahead and call the strike.

All signs are there that this is it, I hope that this all goes as planned because that means a real Oscars, but I don't want Eisner to jinx it just so he can look like he is still in the loop.

I thought Heroes went extremely down hill with season 2. Season 1 was amazing, but thats about it.

I'll agree with you about the beginning of season 2, but toward the end it started becoming the "Heroes" we know and love, then that damn strike happened and ended it all.

As a result of studio cutbacks, however, many of the writers who went on strike are unlikely to return to the same big-money contracts they'd had as individuals with the studios, Eisner said.
BINGO! Just further proof that strikes NEVER work.

Glad to see half the industry ended up on public assistance because of those greedy bastards. I'm sure it was just sooooo worth it to prove a point.
