Ordered it Really good program, looking forward to Season 2. Does anybody know if there will be any extras? Like some bloopers or deleted scenes because there's probably loads of them. I know that it's Netflix but I'm sure that House of Cards had some form of extras on it Thanks

It probably will have some form of extras.

House of Cards had no extras on any of the BD/DVD releases. They had a commentary with David Fincher for each episode as a Netflix exclusive though.

For some reason, I didn't think we'd get this on Blu, but I think it's slow rise in popularity over here the past few months has helped it a lot.

House of Cards gets all the hype but OITNB is easily a better show.

Great show: Highly entertaining. Clever story arcs with great use of flashbacks to build the narrative and develop characters. Brilliant casting. Nice cinema photography. All aspects of great TV that is worthy of a BR release.

Here in Australia, we did not get a OITNB Blu-Ray release, despite positive water cooler talk. Already in the stores on DVD (released 8 May). Saw it today and it got to me that there is no blu. I am pretty pissed off 'bout this (more than normal).

I am getting sick of Australia not getting BR releases that the UK and/or US get. Defiance, Bates Motel etc. Or, even worse, getting releases of some TV seasons on BR, then not continuing their release with subsequent seasons eg. Weeds (ironically), South Park, House.

OITNB is one show that deserves a BR release. House of Cards got one, so I can't see why Orange is the New Black shouldn't get one too.

Will have to import, from UK probably (unless someone posts US region playability before 19 May… Have a region free player, but would like to play it on my PS3 & PS4).

Although both broadcast by Netflix the BD are coming from different studios with Sony for House of Cards and Lionsgate for OITNB. May explain their different release strategies.

Sony are also hit and miss as they are releasing Showcase's Master of Sex. The UK is one of the few countries NOT getting a BD. They then also screwed European customers as their European release already on sale is extras free, and coded RA and RB, whereas the forthcoming US release also from Sony is loaded with extras but RA locked.

I do, but its just strange that it didn't have one since the US version has one. And also because all the Lionsgate releases this year have had digital copies.

Started watching this on flix and I'm hooked, want to buy it. I see that US BDs are out for me as they are region locked. I see France has Seasons 1-4 in a box set for cheap, even though it's Sony, are there forced subtitles?
