Have been pumped all day after seeing/reading about this...don't care how overdone it is, this combines two of my favorite things: the 80s and Halloween.

The director has cited When a Stranger Calls, Scream and House of the Devil has his 3 main influences, and this is obvious in the trailer.

So so in for this.
