Panasonic UB820 not reading some discs

My UB820 from 2019 has started to acting up. To the best of my ability I've seen that it doesn't read 4K discs at all, even discs I've played on it in the past.

Bluray discs it reads most of the times but sometimes they freeze. DVD discs it reads 100% without any faults.

The only thing I've tested so far is one of these lens cleaner discs w brushes but that did nothing unfortunately.

Any ideas what this could be and if it's fixable?
