I've pre-ordered this as a blind buy.

I've seen several trailers/previews and it looks as though it'll be another leave-your-brain-at-the-door type action film, Ala Expendables.

Don't over think things, just wait for gunshots and explosions. A good bit of fun.
Just what I need after some days at work! haha

I would definitely love to hear someone's view if they have already seen it!

I really enjoyed this.

Classic early 90s styled Walter Hill anti-buddy romp. Lots of bloody violence and cheesy dialogue, plus Jason Momoa was a menacing villian (and I'm pretty sure his axe fight with Stallone is already the stuff of action movie legend).

But I'm a sucker for this old school stuff, so maybe I'm biased.

Saw this at the cinema a few weeks back...

it could have been something really special with Wayne Kramer directing and Thomas Jane co-staring, but they ended up creating something very middle of the road. Stallone is fine ; his character is softened slightly from the original graphic novel, but not as much as I was expecting. Sung Kang is nothing to write home about, though, partly because he doesn't have much charisma, but also because his character just isn't very well written... he's just there to make Sly look good. The plot is like vapor, too.

I might pick this up eventually, but I wouldn't buy it for more than £7.

it's lots of fun, a lot better than many reviews have suggested.

strange, it's carrying an '18' cert, despite being classified as a '15' on the BBFC's website.

Bought today from Asda £12.99.... Itching to watch it
Loving Slys comeback since the Rocky and Rambo reboots. Bring on the old school!
Wasn't overly impressed with Arnies comeback in The Last Stand, fun, but lacking. Despite being a year younger than Stallone, he looked a bit awkward, and a lot older. Still day 1 purchase though, i shall be loyal to the end!!

I'll post a review as soon as i can spin the disc up. Can't wait!!

All quality old school actioners should carry a whopping great "18"!
If it "contains frequent strong, bloody violence", then i'm in! Lol
