need to know name of movie

im probably not in the right spot but i need help in finding the name of a movie i seen maybe over 15 years ago or longer.Its about this husband and wife and they have a kid and they either go on vacation to this house or its their home and they keep seeing this sasquatch all around their house it is very bizarre and kooky and it is extremely funny.I remember the husband just doing and saying all these hysterical things to his son his wife and the sasquatch....im pretty sure someone comes to the house to repair something or is there on business or something but i think he gets into it with the sasquatch just a very strange movie and quite odd but i found myself enjoying it quite a lot.
