Default What is the best way currently to interpolate 23.9/24fps 4K blu-rays to 47.9/48 FPS?

Are any of the TVs themselves flawless at it now, or what is the best way using either the TV itself, or an htpc, or some other external processor other than that is cheaper than the Mad VR Envy? Is it SVP or is there a better way?
