It's far from perfect but when it hits it hits and I imagine the disc should look incredible. Day one.

this doesn't fit Alien, the artwork reminds me of every generic MCU/modern Star Wars movie poster

I mean, aliens IP is owned my Disney so makes sense.

I'm hoping for a standard 4k just because my Alien, Aliens, Predator collection, Prometheus, Alien: Covenant, and Prey 4ks are all standards. But with Disney, who knows. Wish and Inside Out 2 only got Steels in 4k. If this steel is the only option I'll still totally get it though. Gotta just wait and find out!

Definitely skews a bit more "superhero movie" than "Alien movie", but I dig it. I dug the movie too, so I'll definitely snag this one.

Awesome! This VHS tape artwork is exactly the one I was hoping they would use for the steelbook. I think it gives off a really cool retro vibe as I believe that is what they were going for with this one.

I absolutely love this art and thought the film was really great, so this is an easy pre-order for me!

And Disney has been doing a wonderful job with the steelbook artwork on their most recent releases - the Planet of the Apes, Deadpool & Wolverine, and now Romulus. The art on these last two titles has been especially excellent!

Hard pass. They got the interior right, though.

Having now seen the art for the standard releases of the film, I think I like them more(the same art but inverse color schemes) and will probably pass on this steelbook.

I love the BD with the black background, but not so big on the red on the 4K. Ideal SteelBook would be the BD art on the front, the art currently on the front of this on the back, and the same interior art. I still really like this though, and will be going for the SteelBook.

I'm obviously going to buy it but going to admit I don't really like this artwork and feel it doesn't fit well with the Alien series.
