I just left my local BB and they finally had a decent movie playing with a decent setup for the BD display.
They had the newest 40" Samsung, 25000:1 Contrast, 120hz, 1080p playing POTC 3 at 24fps. Now, I have a little older Samsung with 60hz refresh rate. When I play POTC 3 at 60fps vs 24fps, I notice a difference, but this... ![]() ![]() Don't let anyone tell you different. There is a huge difference between watching a BD at 24fps on a TV that can accept it without and 3:2 pull down adjustments, and one that cannot. Check it out, you will be pleasantly surprised, as was I. ![]() |
