Default K-Mart not selling Blu-rays?

I was just at K mart which is the only movie selling store close to my hourse, excluding shopping online, and i picked up Troy on blu-ray like a month ago. I couldn't find any blus in the movie section so i asked the electronics employee and he said they removed all their blus recently. Did anyone else hear anything about this? Is this at K-marts in general or is mine just messed up?

then its normal. My local ASDA used to have BD and HD DVD (quite a lot of them), but since before Christmas, they withdraw it. Now they only order certain big titles on BD and HD DVD in limited numbers (but for ratatouille - they ordered lots of it). but yes, no dedicated BD or HD space

I stopped into a Kmart tonight to check what was on the shelves, and found 15 or so blu titles, and one lone copy of one HD DVD title.

I haven't been to my local K-Mart in several weeks, so things could have changed. The last time I was there I finally found the Blu titles in a locked cabinet ... with the video games. These are really not near the other dvd displays.

Well it would be fitting for K-mart to have blu's and when the go on sale, they could have a "Blu-Light" Special!!

I didn't know K-Mart sold Blu-ray movies. The one over here barely has any DVDs. I don't shop there or any store that ends in Mart, because the other Marts around here don't sell them either. I'm sticking with BB.

The K-Mart near me has no Blu-Rays. However, they do have fetid hot dogs at the snack bar just past the check out registers.

K-Mart and Sears are the same company. Sears has BDs on the shelf, but not a wide selection.
