Default Hisense Soundbar Issue

I have a Hisense AX3120G 3.1.2 soundbar that I bought in January. I should make it clear that I'm very happy with it, particularly given that I finally have a soundbar where eARC works without a hitch with my Hisense 55U8G, and I can finally take some advantage of Dolby Atmos and DTS:X. My problem (and it's not a deal-breaker by any means) is that although video and audio are perfectly in sync when watching streamed content and movies on blu-ray or 4K UHD, for some reason the audio for disc special features content, like interviews, is always a second behind. Like I said, it's not the end of the world, but it does bug me a little. Is there a solution for this? Are there any settings I have to change? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
